Christian missionary de-converted by tribe he sought to convert

Here’s a group of people who put it all into perspective for missionary Daniel Everett, who spent time living among an indigenous Brazilian tribe he was trying to convert to Christianity. The tribe had no creation myth. They didn’t believe that the world had been “made” at all. Not only that, but they don’t didn’t actually have a word for god.
